Under this scheme you can buy more than what you pay as we offer special discount at the end of the scheme. In addition to that you get a free membership of President Club for 1 year and also you can club any seasonal discount promo offers going on at that time from the company .

 

Plan for 12 months maturity scheme:
Under this scheme customer needs to pay a fixed amount based on your choice with us for 10 months. From the end of the 10th Month you will be eligible for a special discount which will vary from 20 % to 30% of the fixed instalment. In this scheme minimum installment value is Rs 2000 and it can increase to any amount of your choice (in multiple of Rs1000). You have to mandatorily close the scheme within 385 days from the start date of the scheme.

About Redemption

1. What Can I Buy?
You can buy any product or service which is available in our website.

2. What do I need to carry for redemption?
You simply need to carry your valid photo id proof when you want to redeem your Scheme after the maturity date of scheme.

3. Till When I can redeem my account?
You are advices to redeem within 235 days ( if you have chosen for 6 months scheme) and 385 days (if you have chosen for 12 months scheme)from the date you started investing in the scheme.Beyond which company will process the refund back to the customer’s account.

4. Can I buy the service before the account gets matured?
You can buy any service from us worth the amount accumulated till date,but you lose out on the discount in case you buy before maturity date.

5. Can I get a refund if I don’t want your service?
Yes you can get the principal amount deposited with us till date.

About Enrollment:

6. Can I enroll online for Interior Harvest Scheme (IHS) ?
Yes you can request online going to our portal, from company side executive will call you to fix appointment and come to your doorsteps to complete the formality.

7. Who can enroll in Interior Harvest Scheme (IHS)?
Anybody who is above 18 years can enroll in to this Interior Harvest Saving Scheme (IHSC).

8. Can I change my scheme after enrollment into IHS ?
Once the first instalment is paid you can’t change the scheme.

9. Who is nominee? Whom can I nominate?
In the event of the death of the account holder the account is transferable only to the person who is nominated by the account holder in the enrolment format the time of opening the account.

10. What is the available payment options?
There are multiple payment mode ,you can pay monthly through credit/debit card, net banking or even visiting our office.

11. Can I pay using all debit/credit cards?
Please call up our customer care executives.

12. How can I see my payment status, alert,statement?
On every successful payment you will get intimation on mail with the account updated status.

13. What happens if my payment fails?
If the payment fails due to any reason you will not be let to confirmation page.In that event you need to pay again after some time. Company wont be responsible for any payment failure for any reason.

14. Can I pay all installments at once or any instalment in one month advance?

No you can pay only one instalment in a month.

15. What happens if I miss /delay one or more payment instalment/s?
If you delay or miss payment installment/s the discount shall be reduced proportionately to the effect of the number of days the payment is delayed by you.

 

Detailed terms and conditions:

 

Key Conditions for the Interior Harvest Scheme (IHS) customers (12 Months Scheme):

1.The IHS is a 12 month scheme where the customer has to pay 10 installments and his/her maturity would start after 300 days from the date of joining the Scheme.

2.The IHS will allow the customer to pay 10 fixed monthly installments of minimum Rs 2,000 or above (in multiples of '1,000). In a span of 10 months, customer has to pay one installment every month. More than one installment in a single month will not be accepted.

3.In the event the customer fails to pay his/her installment for any 2 months in the 10 month period, company will refund only the principal amount paid by the customer without any return. Company will need a copy of the PAN card for refunding the principal amount by cheque or online transfer only. Hence customers are requested to provide a copy of their PAN card at the time of enrolling.

4.The customer is mandatorily required to redeem his/her account before 385 days from the date of payment of the first installment.

5.In case the customer does not redeem within 385 days, he/she will be refunded the principal amount paid by him/her without any benefits.

6.Customers are allowed to withdraw the installments they have already paid. However, no discount or any other benefit by way of interest or otherwise would be given. All refunds would be paid only by way of cheque or online transfer.

7. Maximum of 30% of one installment would be given as discount on the purchase of interior design service only if all 10 monthly installments are paid by the account holder till the maturity date, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Scheme. The Customer will not be eligible for any benefits if all 10 installments are not paid in 10 months. Installment per month in Rs

8.IHS account holder is required to provide a copy of his/her photo ID like Ration Card/Passport/Pan Card/Aadhar/Driving License/Voter ID etc and a cancelled cheque /Bank details at the time of enrollment into the IHS and on the maturity of the IHS for authentication.

9.For accounts opened with monthly installments of more than Rs 35,000 a self attested copy of the PAN Card is mandatorily required for enrollment. Any purchase of Rs 5 lakhs or above, on a single day will also require the PAN card copy to be submitted, by the customer at the Company.

10.The interior design and its labor service rate booked or charged on the invoice shall be governed by the rate published in the portal depending on the company decision.
 

 

Key Conditions for the IHS customers (6 Months Scheme):

1.The IHS is a 6 month scheme where the customer has to pay 6 installments and his/her maturity would start after 180 days from the date of joining the Scheme.

2.The IHS will allow the customer to pay 6 fixed monthly installments of minimum Rs 2,000 or above (in multiples of Rs1,000). In a span of 6 months, the customer has to pay one installment every month. More than one installment in a single month will not be accepted.

Other Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Account Opening & Enrollment:

a. Only individuals can enroll in the IHS and enrollment is not permissible for companies, partnership or proprietorship firms.

b. On enrollment, every IHS account holder will be given a Scheme Document which he/she is required to carry and keep under safe custody, at all times. The IHS account holder(s) should ensure that all payments made by them are correctly entered in the Scheme Document and any discrepancy should be immediately brought to the company’s notice, for suitable rectification, especially the name of the account holder wherein the name should be as per the ID proof provided by the customer and not in any other name, including nick name or short forms etc.

c. At the time of enrollment, the IHS account holder should ensure that the Scheme Document is signed by him/her and by the Company Manager/Cashier, in the space provided, accepting terms and conditions, to ensure the validity of Scheme and for proper reference at the time of maturity/purchase under the Scheme.

d. This Scheme Book is the only document to identify the IHS account holder i.e., the bearer of the Scheme Document will be deemed as the owner of the same for the purpose of utilization of the installments paid under the Scheme and hence the Scheme has to be signed and retained safely by the IHS account holder.

e. In case of any change in contact or address details, the IHS account holder is required to intimate the store or email within 7 (seven) days from date of such change.

f. The IHS shall be denominated and utilized/redeemed in Indian Rupees only. Any scheme once selected cannot be converted into any other scheme (existing or new) which may be operated or implemented by company, from time to time.

g. The maturity date shall be strictly calculated according to the first payment date and the type of scheme selected by the IHS account holder at the time of his/her enrollment.

2. Monthly Payments:

a. At the time of every monthly installment payment, the IHS account holder should get his/her Scheme Document updated by the Company. The account holder should ask for a computerized entry in the Scheme Doc or collect his/her duly computerized receipt, from the company where he/she is making payment. Customer can also make payment over the internet. However, the customer has to ensure to get his/her Scheme Document updated periodically.

b. Receipt for ACH will be made only after clearance of payment. The IHS cannot be closed prior to maturity date, in case of ACH enabled accounts.

c. Payment of monthly installment(s) should be made by cash, card, cheque, ACH in company, online payments, where the account is opened on due date. Outstation cheques will not be accepted.

d. Company will not be responsible for any online payment failure and money being debited from the customer's account. In case of any payment failure, the customer is requested to check with their banks or other service providers. It is the responsibility of the account holder to enter details correctly. The monthly payments should reach the Company once every month. Payments not reaching every month will be treated as default for that particular month and may result in lower discount, at the time of purchase.

e. Penalty of Rs 300 will be charged for every cheque that is dishonored by the IHS account holder and it will be deductible in the invoice, at the time of purchase of interior design and labor service.

f. The IHS account holder shall be eligible for purchase of interior design and labor service with discount, only on the maturity date as per the IHS and not earlier.

g. Company will not be responsible or liable to send reminders for payments.

h. Non-payment of monthly installments for more than 2 months will result in "suspension" of the account.

3. IHS Redemption:

a. At the time of purchase of interior design service on maturity of the IHS, the IHS account holder has to personally come with his/her original Scheme Document and effect the redemption of the installments paid towards purchase of interior design & labor service.

b. At the time of purchase, the Scheme Document has to be submitted by the IHS account holder to the Company (and his/her signature on redemption has to tally with the specimen signature in the Scheme Document).

c. The original copy of the photo identity proof should be produced at the time of the redemption for authentication, by the IHS account holder.

d. Discount eligibility of IHS account holder as per the Scheme shall be reduced by chequedishonour charges and other deductions on account of payment delays, as specified in the IHS, at the time of purchase.

e. IHS account has to be fully redeemed against the purchase of Interior design and labor service no credit note or refund either in full or partial is permitted.

f. In the event of any premature closure of the account by the IHS account holder, such IHS account holder may purchase interior design and labor service equal to the value of the installments accumulated in his/her IHS account as on that day. However, no discount on purchase of interior design and labor service will be given in case of premature closure of the GHS account under any circumstances.

4. Other Terms and Conditions:

a. In the event of loss of the IHS Scheme Book, the IHS account holder has to intimate the company immediately in writing, to enable the company to block the IHS account. In case of any delay or non-intimation, he/she shall be personally responsible for any loss or redemption /purchase by any other person.

b. In the event of loss of the original IHS Scheme Book, a duplicate Scheme Doc can be issued only if the IHS account holder provides an indemnity letter and valid photo identity and address proofs, for authentication by the company. The company shall not issue any duplicate Scheme Doc unless they are satisfied about the authenticity of the claim/request for duplicate Scheme Doc and only if the IHS account holder produces all computerized receipts given to him/her in the past. In all cases, administrative charges of Rs 100/- will be charged.

c. In case the IHS Scheme Doc is brought to company by any other person who is the bearer or holder of the Scheme Doc, then Company shall not be responsible for the redemption, maturity/closure proceeds being handed over to such holder/bearer of the IHS Scheme Doc. Therefore, all IHS account holders are advised to keep their passbooks in safe custody.

d. In the event of death of the account holder, the account is transferable only to the person(s) whose nomination has been filled by the account holder in the form at the time of opening the account. In case the account holder does not wish to nominate any person, any claim(s) made by any other person(s) on behalf of the account holder will not be entertained. The nominee claiming the balance in any account shall avail the balance, only on submission of adequate identity proof and succession certificate to company. In the event of any legal heir of the deceased claiming for redemption, the same shall be redeemed only upon production of all following documents:

a.Death certificate of the deceased.
b.Survivorship certificate/Legal heir certificate.
c.NOC from other surviving legal heir for redemption.
d.Indemnity undertaking to indemnify company from claims.
e.Will (if any)

e. The company’s other promotional campaign can be availed in conjunction with the IHS.

f. The Company reserves the right to alter, amend, add or delete part or whole of the privileges of the GHS without prior notice to the GHS account holder, as long as the same is not detrimental to the interests of the GHS account holder.

g. Company is the sponsor of the IHS and reserves the right to suspend the IHS at any time. In any such event, the IHS account holder may purchase any item at the company equal to the value of the installments accumulated in his/her IHS account, as on that day.

h. The liability of company under the Scheme is limited to the extent of installments/advances paid by the IHS account holder(s) and the discount, as per the Scheme and conditions laid thereon, and thus, does not lead to any other assurance or warranty whatsoever by Company.

i. Any conditions which are explicitly not covered above, would be the discretion of company at the time of transaction. The decision of company in this regard would be deemed as irrevocable and final.

j. Disputes if any, will be subject to the courts in Mumbai jurisdiction only, to the exclusion of any other court's jurisdiction.

k. Company reserves the right to effect forfeiture or suspend any amount that is lying in any IHS account, in case the IHS account holder does not purchase/utilize even after the expiry of six months from the date of maturity or in the event of continuous defaults in payments of monthly advances/installments.

l. In case of any change in existing laws, rules, acts, etc. by any regulatory authority, necessary requirements as per the same have to be complied with by the IHS account holder.
